Update NHSmail Password on an iPhone

This guide explains how to update your NHSmail password when emails aren't loading.

Tap Settings

Tap Settings.

Scroll down the list until you see Mail, then tap on it

Tap Mail

Tap Accounts

Tap Accounts.

Tap NHSmail

Tap NHSmail.

Tap Re-enter Password

Tap Re-enter Password.

Sign in to NHSmail

Sign in to NHSmail.

If you have MFA enabled, you will be prompted to approve the sign in

Approve sign in.

Troubleshooting

Close the Mail app and then open it again - How to close an app on your iPhone.

If you have difficulty with that, turn off the iPhone then turn it on again.

To confirm you are using the correct password, login to your emails on https://email.nhs.net.
